Oysters Rockefeller


What you'll need

10 Fresh West Coast Oysters

2 Cloves Garlic

Pinch of Sea Salt

2-3 Tablespoons Grass-fed Butter (I use KerryGold)

Fresh Kale

1 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan

1 Tablespoon Italian Breadcrumbs


Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

Clean Oysters and set aside on a baking rack

Sautee garlic, kale, and butter in a saucepan

Top oysters with the sautéed ingredients

Cover oysters with Parmesan and garnish with breadcrumbs

Bake for 25 minutes and serve while hot!
